Jorge O’Malley is a jack-of-all-trades. He is a freelance writer, cook, collector, storyteller, yeast rancher and retired political operative.
Born in Appalachia, Jorge received a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University where he studied political science and economics.
Jorge enjoys collecting antiques – especially furniture and old Vargas and Elvgren prints. He is an avid motorcyclist, firearm aficionado and pipe smoker.
